“It’s a blessing to be a part of this history because there are a lot of great players that came through this program. It feels good to be a part of it and bring another championship my senior year. The HBCU experience is a different experience, most definitely. For people who have never experienced it, I would tell them any day to come experience the HBCU life, even if it was just for graduate school because it’s a family everywhere you go.”
