KINGI KNOX had a chance to see the man again...that is TYLER PERRY in the VIP Lounge at Essence Music Festival. He was very nice and down to earth. Tyler Perry Studios informed me that Janet Jackson has wrapped production for COLORED GIRLS. You heard it here first...the word is JANET JACKSON gave an Oscar performance for Tyler Perry Studios "COLORED GIRLS". Tyler was leaving the VIP Lounge to check on MISS JACKSON if you are NASTY.

JANET JACKSON grace the LOUISIANA SUPERDOME stage at 11:30 for ESSENCE MUSIC FESTIVAL. Her opening was slamming. Janet didn't perform for fans...she performed for FAMILY....Her ESSENCE FAMILY. Janet worked her butt off squeezing as many of her songs into her 2 hour performance. She performed about 20 songs and changed 10 times. I personally have watched and studied Janet concert videos about 40 times. Believe me when I say she gave 150% to Essence Music Festival.

GLADYS KNIGHT did her thang on the main stage. She was elegant and very entertaining. I had the privilege to meet GLADYS KNIGHT during the taping of "The Talent Show" for HOUSE OF PAYNE.

KINGI KNOX makes cameo appearance working with GLADYS KNIGHT on HOUSE of PAYNE thanks to ROGER BOBB of Tyler Perry Studios. Wow, I couldn't beleive it. I was working with GLADYS KNIGHT! She was so beautiful and when she sang "My Eyes on the Sparrow" made me cry. That was no acting about my tears. I enjoyed her performance that day and I enjoyed her performance at Essence Music Festival.
